Vidar Hegre leads the security operations team at Tomra and serves as the main contact for external 24/7 SOC and IRT augmentation. He was the Incident Manager during the initial months following the breach. With 30 years of experience in IT security, management, and system administration, he has spent nearly 20 years at Tomra and 10 years at ABB. When not working in IT, he enjoys randonee, trail biking, floor hockey, and other active pursuits.
