Geir Hågen Karlsen (born 1966) is a Norwegian communications consultant and former officer (lieutenant colonel) in the Army. Since 2024, he has been working at Geelmuyden Kiese. Karlsen has also served as the head instructor at the Staff College at the Norwegian Defence University College.

He holds degrees from the Norwegian Military Academy, University of Oslo (cand.mag.), and BI Norwegian Business School (master’s degree). From 2017 to 2021, he was a substitute representative in the Norwegian Parliament for Oslo . In March 2023, he received the Army Commendation Medal.
