Vivi Ringnes Berrefjord leads the Cyber Program at the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies and the Norwegian Defence University College. She has published the book "Cyber Power – an Interdisciplinary Introduction" and, with two master’s degrees under her belt, she is now writing a Ph.D. at the University of Oslo on digital mass surveillance in democracies. Additionally, she has work experience from the International Telecommunications Union, Telenor Norway, Geelmuyden Kiese, SOS Children’s Villages, the International Campaign to Ban Landmines and Cluster Munitions, as well as the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment.
