All organisations in business with the United States Department of Defense (DoD) must obtain CMMC certification. Therefore, this course is meant for technology teams, management, quality professionals, cyber engineers, project managers and other professionals, working as contractors in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), and conducting business with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), seeking CMMC certification.

The course will be held in English.

Course Objectives

In this course, students will learn about the CMMC model, framework, context, and application within the Department of Defense, as well as the expectations and requirements imposed upon organisations that do business with the Department of Defense.

You will:

• Learn the CMMC Model, framework, context, and application.
  Identify threats to cybersecurity and privacy, and how to implement
  countermeasures, aligning with the CMMC Model.
• Work toward becoming a CMMC Certified Assessor, a CMMC Certified
  Instructor, or a CMMC assessment team member (CA-1, and CA-2).
• Gain valuable knowledge about the CMMC model and its requirements
  for your organisation.
• Learn how to establish certification and assessment scope boundaries.
• Evaluate your organisation’s readiness and determine the objective
  evidence for processes and practices.
• Implement and evaluate practices required to meet CMMC 1 and 2.
• Work through the logistics of a CMMC assessment.

This course meets the training requirements for taking the CCP examination. Exams are organised directly with The Cyber AB and carry an additional cost of $475.
